Nytt Land are a three-piece Nordic folk and ambient band, from Kalachinsk in Siberia, Russia. Started by husband and wife Anatoly and Natalya Pahlenko in 2013, the band released their third album Fimbulvinter on Cold Spring Records in 2017. Having started as a folk-rock band in a remote Siberian province, NYTT LAND required less than a year to become one of the most prominent and successful Russian folk projects.
